My name is Starr Phelan and I am the balloon designer behind Starr of Texas. By my side is my super handy husband, Tony from Things by Tony!
I am an Austinite, and I’ve always been crafty with a knack for balloon styling. My love for decorating parties and events quickly turned into the best decision I have ever made… in 2017 I decided to make my passion a career.
BOOM! Starr of Texas was born.
